Gawd, I thought you lot were a bit slow on the uptake (Henry you cheated, you knew!) - even Michael might manage to beat 40 mins per lap with a little mechanical assistance  Yep, it's a half marathon and yep I think he's completely mad  .So we won't see much of you lot until May - Hastings half marathon the week after, Worthing 20 miles two weeks after that and the real thing - London - 18 April. Don't know if he'll have managed to clear the cobwebs off the bike before Cadwell! Hope to make it to the Winchester run though, Saturdays aren't quite so booked up!
