Just checked my records and the bearings are SKF 6203-2RS (2 rubber sheilded), though on my spare wheel the mark is SKF 62203-2RS, they will be available from any bearing supplier (Yellow Pages) as they are a standard type and will be on the shelf, just check with those differences.
If you are ordering them, it would be worth purchasing a clutch release bearing which is SKF 6201-2RS, these are quite cheap but worth replacing when next checking the clutch plates.
