| micheal it's a '99 748,the stand was spring loaded, the dealer i bought it of told me it was modded not to flick up on it's own. cheers for the offer trevor. have u a spare side stand laying around?  i'm not that worried about it to be honest, it could have been a lot worse if it had of missed the fence and hit the ground!! i'm more ****ed off at brushing a metal gate yesterday, taking about 8 inches of paint of the rear seat  and having to replace the front wheel bearings when fitting new tyres. all in the space of a few days.not having much luck lately.  joe. | |
