| funnily enough, just picked my 998s up from a service, and got them to do the front sprocket and the ride height ( the bottom nut was done up by some bolonga gorilla on steroids)
Got it back, and it handled like a whale ....
Looked at the tie bar, and they had managed to get the nut undone, but now it looked like its been attacked by metal Ebola, and they reduced the ride height by the two turns I had asked to be increased.
Luckily , now the remains of the nut can be done / done, the height is now adjusted to 2 turns from standard, and all of a sudden it's a nice bike again! |
