They are official Ducati Performance accessories designed to replace the stock original fasteners. Each kit comes in all the right lengths and sizes for the application. Two types are available, alloy in a variety of colours and titanium (at about 4 times the price!).
Both types are made by Pogipolini.
Personally I think the coloured alloy ones are a bit garish and I refuse to pay Ducati's prices for titanium - there are cheaper options out there.
Your local dealer should be able to provide any OEM fasteners you need. Generally they're really cheap as well.
