Er... i doubt very much that he has received driver training, let alone Advanced, and worked using those skills on a daily basis.... might be wrong.
I do aggree to an extent, that it will be very difficult to preach one thing having been caught doing the contrary.
As regards consistancy, it would appear from the number of people on here that have expressed their penalties for the like offence, that he got the same.
I also noted that he has spoken about, traffic conditions, and visibility etc etc, OR, all the little excuses we tend to come up with when caught, or complaining about limits not being relevent..... hmm.
