Have the bushes worn the swingarm? The usual victim is the actual hub assembly. If so, this is a far quicker fix.
Cost wise, I learned this week that the hub alone has been pulled from the Ducati spares list and is now only available as a complete assembly with the axle. Not cheap!!
£200 is a good price for the complete rear end, but it's more than likely you'll just have to replace the hub.
I have cush drives in at £40 a set.
