GWS - ouch - don't think we've met ..... - but the op sounds major so the crash must have been big

Suggest a recovery diet of white Belgian Chocs, fizz (if you're allowed...) & Heinz Chicken soup - my wife swears by it!!

Yes all the best Sarah. We met at Brands after I got punted into the gravel on lap one. It was really nice of you to come over and let me know Jim was feeling so guilty about it... I know how awkward life can be with a busted clav and my godfathers, a 7 month wait! Thats just appalling. Still gotta look forward not back!
