, Mick. Both the SS and the ST2 are great bikes and if you choose either, you'll have a heap of fun, so good luck with the search.
By the way, what Swannymere meant to say was, "Unless you like being the one attracting all the admiring glances, don't buy a yellow Ducati."

I hate to say this as a 900ss owner but if you stretch your budget a little I think a 1000DS might be a better buy.
