Still awaiting the 2009 ACU Handbook, main thing that worries me is any change to noise regs and I'm also keeping an eye on the sizes they allow for the Race numbers.

also just got to say I've had a couple of sets of K-Tech fork springs delivered very quickly by Brook Suspension in Bradford

just make sure you give them a delivery address where there is someone to sign for them, otherwise like me you will find the depot of the courier they use is 50 miles from where you work

A very good better half to make the tea, listen to you moaning and other hard luck stories, to hug & kiss you when you do well, and Finaly to apply ointment and plasters to your cuts and grazes,. before they beat you for falling off

For those still in need of a fire Extinguisher to comply with Rule 13.3 in the ACU handbook

This place has come recommended to me by our Safety Officer at work

Minimum is 2kg Dry Powder £13.95 plus VAT

Last time I heard it was a £50 fine for not having one, Last time they checked mine I think it was Mallory in 2007 that they came around asking to see them
