I'd like to do it in around 30 minutes, currently managing 33 minutes, so it's going to take some practice!

Lisa...if it's alright with the boss I'll leave a sponsorship sheet up there. Should be up on Saturday to hear all the tales of the Italian bars....I mean, intensive training course
