Pump seems to be working ok. When blocked it stops running.

I guess I now need to open the carbs?

Sounds like your going to have to, maybe a holed/damaged float or worn fuel need valves

Sorted, I had connecting the fuel line to some sort of vaccum stuff on the carbs

Bike's not running yet, but it's farting loudly

What is it for btw? I understand the need for vaccum to power the pump, but what does it do to the carbs as well?

Tonio is the CV (Constant Velocity) carbs they will only suck up under vacuum and then drop again if the air below them can increase and decrease in volume

Are you saying that even though I am using an electrical pump, I still need to connect the vaccum inlet on the carbs? That would explain why she would not fire up...
