Looks nice, cant understand why Ducati dont ass a bit of wire mesh to the V piece to protect the rad\oil its not like it would break their bank account, that was one of the first mods i did to my 1098R and have one on order for my Bayliss

Looks great, enjoy it.

I had some 996 rearsets when I had my 1098S. I tried them but they did not line up exactly and while thinner bolts would go through I was concerned that for one they would not be as strong or secure but the main reason that I did not use them was because of possibly damaging the threads meaning the original bolts may not go back in.

How dare you andy I am a visionary bodger not a follower!

see your point Andy but they work they do the job and everything is fine in life, plus as i mentioned i like these rear sets and there isnt many other out there that i do like. if i milled them out and made them fit with the exsisting holes i guess this wouldnt be a bodge as you couldnt tell, ill try harder next time..sorry.

As Mum says "Go and have a poo on the toilet for half an hour and calm down" or the more applicable with this thread. "if you havent got anything nice to say.. dont say anything at all"

Delicate arnt i ...bless
