The 1000ds engine on the sport classics is a few horses down compared to the SS and monster. Probably because of the smaller airbox. Not TOO important but worth saying (me thinks... )

The front brakes are not even close to the ones you are used to on your SS. You might need to change the calipers and discs.

Apart from that, I'm sure you'll like it. Riding position is not much different to your SS.
