| Hi Paul, I must say that you were brave to go out later on, when you got back, from the 2nd race you looked completely shattered & too tired to even get off the bike !!!!! but managed with a little help and looked alot better after a few minutes. Thanks for the flash of the leg  i bet it's a really pretty colour today, hope you feel better soon.cathyp   |
