Done the first prototype of my paddock stand(no laughing at the back)and everything seems fine except the spiggot that fits into the hub only goes in 40mm.
I've used 25mm bar for the spiggot and was wondering what diameter other paddock stands use and how far they should go into the hub.

you should work for Ducati; those welds are better than the 1098 swingarm ones!!

The spiggot needs to be a snugg fit in the hub or the bike will fall over

Took the spiggot off today and turned down in the lathe to 22mm and its a real good fit.

Thats the next job as soon as I give it one last trial fit.Cheap as chips to make too.
