That's very strong money for a 996 - but I guess it's all relative - it depends on how much moolah he's giving you for your rice rocket lol!

As for investment, if buying a bike that holds its money is what's interesting you then a 996 at that money still has quite a bit to lose in the medium term.

If your hearts set on the shape, you want to spend sub £6k and you want something that's going to hold/increase it's value then I'd be looking for a nice 916 strada, or senna.
