new view on me Chas, always heard the opposite said! I prefer the monster but thats more to do with the tank and bars ergonomics

2006 DC on a Monster
2007 KH on a Monster
2008 IC on a SS
2009 AS on a SS
2010 ML on a Monster
2011 NA on a SS
4 to 3 in favour of the SS then

exactly! there's really very little in it. down to the rider preference. i do hear tell that you need more than fairy dust and good intentions to secure one though!
