Been there Paul I have a 4" zip at the base of my spine. Zimmer frame for a day or so. L3 disc. But its 95% better than it was. All about posture after the op, sitting etc keeping the arch (Lordosis) in the back.

Good luck Paul, it will be worth it. I'm for a reschedule when you are with us and better.
