Gravity I would imagine Paul, Just been looking it up myself now you have mentioned it. Seems a great addition whilst my tank is off the 996 and the pump is out. Push it in and mould it in it says.

I usually pack it in using the biggest Chunks I can squeeze through the hole, although the size does depend on where in the tank they sit as sometimes the front of the tank can be quite shallow

Merlin Motorsport based at Castle Combe use to sell it, not sure if they still do.
Otherwise you can usually find it sold on Ebay
