The width where it connects to the main frame is too narrow and the mounting holes do not line up. I should have measured twice, cut once!

why not use jubilee clips or exhaust brackets to mount? Thats how the 916 one of Chaz's was mounted to my monster

Because the monster never had a fairing mount in the first place & I make a fitting that can be clamped onto the headstock.

So its actually your bracket that I've snapped Chaz, sorry mate!
Might just stick with what I have for now. I should really get the bike sorted as is before I think about tarting it up

Bradders broke it technically I think... I hit it with a hammer and made it worse!
