If the heads are ported at Baines then what it really means is they have just been cleaned up a bit, as far as I know Baines haven't got a flow rig so do do proper porting without one of those isn't easy.
I'll see if I can call in and see Geoff in the next week or two and see what he would have done and Providing it is only clean up work and it isn't over the BHP limit we could allow it.
I'm pretty sure if we checked through all the DD bikes we would find some clean up work has gone on, just like the crankshaft balancing was going on before it was allowed
