Yep. Both tensioners are rotated wrong way. Rear looks like you might get belt touching itself. Wouldn't run it up till it's sorted....

Cheers guys, correct on both counts! You've saved me from a potentially expensive mistake and the embarrassment of admiting I broke my bike!
I was pleased to note that the belt on the vertical cylinder now sits correctly on the tensioning pulley which is another relief.
