Had the same thing when I was with Cofield a few years back. Took them 6 or 7 months to get the certificate to me. They just kept sending cover notes. I did phone to ask for the cert to be sent to me but they just said too busy - it will be sent when we can get round to it. They did reassure me that the cover notes were just as good. (Not quite like having the pucca certificate though is it?).
