Sorry Ruth, a statement like that is plain stupid - you never know when the nasty things can happen - you always need to be prepared.

CK - not a racist, just a hater of silly remarks

When someone says I never fall off, they aint been riding too long, or else the 4 wheel muppet is out to get you tomorrow
Be aware and very well prepared, including lids that fit very properly
Best get Bling fer the bike, like nice billet machined cambelt covers, carbon bits and a nice gold chain........fer the bike before you rush to the jewellers

CK and AK ... calm down. It does fit. It just doesn't give me that 'boxer that just ate a bee' squashed face look. However, worn it once and am already on the case. Went to London Colney bike shop today and talked about 'fit'. They are getting me new cheek pads to go inside and, worst case, will change to the 'Arai DS look alike XS' helmet which fitted v. well. Only didn't buy it because I had a grey Arai DS helmet before last and don't like copies. Like originals. So, this dibble, makes silly remarks too, or what?

Who was it that stuck that "Oh Dear ..." sticker on Dib's screen? Oh, his face when he saw it!

Actually, I have 9 years no claims bonus. So, safety wise, I would say I am excellent. Always wear full leather/Rukka gear. Scoff at guys on R1/R6's in shorts and T shirts. If I can't get helmet to give me squash face look and can't swap, will scrap. £200 nothing compared to my safety. I'm a mother, for god's sake! I have responsibilities! Just thought I could shed them temporarily whilst having a bit of fun on this website. Clearly not. So, CK and AK. Apologies. You'd have to know me to know how NOT serious I was being!:P

My sister is white, her partner is black, Jamaican. Together they make brown kids. It's not rocket science. And they are GORGEOUS! After what I was reading last night on this very message board about 'the darker the berry the sweeter the juice' I think my comments are eminently mild. I can tone it down if necessary. In fact, I can go watch TV. Which is what I would normally be doing this time of night, home alone. Just thought this was better entertainment.
