I'm looking at another route as the Helibars are about £220 !!!!
Busters accessories sell bar riser clamps in various sizes (inc 50mm) that raise the bars some 50mm as well - I figure I have enough fork sticking through to mount the clamp ABOVE the top yoke and then cut my own clip-ons down from a length of handle bar.
Also check out Harris - they do some cool clip-ons also E-bay and VORTEX clip-ons in the USA.
