I owned an M600, but was looking to upgrade to a newer Monster. We saw the S2R advertised by another UKMOC member in late 2009 and went have a look at it. With only one owner from new and very few miles on the clock, it was a sale.
The bike has now been round Mallory Park on a UKMOC track day, to Europe for Monster Owners Belgium meetings, The Isle of Man for the TT, UKMOC weekenders (including being decorated with cans on string and a ‘Just Married’ sign earlier this year for our wedding there) as well as many UKMOC events and ride outs around the country.
