Neither of them for me Steve
If I have to buy my oil I use Silkolene 15W50 in my Ducatis
Used Silkolene Pro 4 in my CBR600 and CBR900 race bikes then switched to comp 4 for the TL and 916 in Sound of Thunder, never had a probelm with any of the engines

When Shell Sponsored us with oil I used their 10W40 fully synth, which was fine in the 583 but when I used it in the 620 I found it made the clutch slip, so I ended up beefing up the clutch and switching to Silkolene Semi Synth.

As for Rock Oil 10 years ago I was advised not to use it in my Ducati engines, so I haven't

After my Donny blow up I've switched to Motul300v 15/50, its fkin expensive but it coats and clings really well. No clutch slip whatsoever either.
