Appreciate the info, I've been running Castrol Power 1 fully synthetic all season with no issues but have not pulled engine apart to see how she looks although if I did, as I don't know what she looked like before I couldn't say conclusively whether or not it was due to oil.

I have always run my track bikes on Castrol fully synthetic because synthetic base stocks cope with higher temps better than mineral base stocks which you will find in semi synthetics. Never had any issues clutch slip, wear or anything else so was interested in the original comment of don't use fully synthetic.
