| The k is on all pre 1999 583s be it a Monster or an SS and as such I wrote it into the rules a few years ago that it needs to be present, helps put a stop to cheats using a 620 engine with carbs on it.
As you alude to that bike has been around in DD for quite a time, very little use in the last few years but was always a good runner.
If my memory serves it could well be an early one with the rare primary drive
