get lots calcium+vit d, vit c, multi vits with lots minerals, extra protein and if poss
no anti inflam like
ibuprofen(as can slow healing process) and get it as strong as can for brands
I'm going give it a go this w/e with my broken metacarpal- tried riding on road today and can do brake and throttle fine- will do few sessions on fri to make sure i'm happy with it but not too much to make it hurt- reckon will be fine as long as i don't fall on it- see you all there thu eve
