only the second half of the show, - once Joe Walsh got em going. Best Live album; If you want Blood you've got it. AC/DC. Best Live shows I have seen. AC/DC Hammersmith Odeon Highway to Hell or Powerage tour, 'bout 1979 i think and the day i developed tenitus for life, - still got the ringing in my ears now. And then The Wateboys in the mid 80's playing in Kilburn. Other good gigs: Thin Lizzy Original lineup again Hammi Odeon, Blackfoot, - Ricky Medlock best frontman ever (now with Lynyrd Skynyrd). Motorhead with Saxon supporting (we got wheels of steel!!!!), - Judas Priest, The Hooters (weird US band but great fun), Fast Freddies Fingertips (again great show and fun songs), the Boogie Brothes Blues Band at the Mandela Ball, Albert Hall. Original Status Que lineup at Hammi Odeon. And a couple of odd but great fun shows, - Gary Glitter, - I know but they guy was such a laugh, - and then Slade, - agin so great to not take it so seriously. Biggest Let down show seen; Blue Oyster Cult. | ||
