| Hi TP. **** is not paying up so i stuck the bill on my Mastercard. £518 and a few pennies. I am off back to the rigs on Tuesday for 2 weeks so when i return if there is no joy i am going straight in to Stirling Court to raise a small claim against him. I know i may not ever get the money but at least if he does not play ball he will have a CCJ against him. I have been considering all the offers of help and planning the best way to play it. Those that know me will agree that he is in for a serious kicking at the very least and his pride and joy taken off the road for weeks on end to see how he likes it!!! All this will happen when i am sat out in the North sea of course with a perfect alibi   |
