These noise restrictions are a royal pain in the backside. A friend of mine was given a Castle Combe Track Day as a birthday gift. He checked up and found it was a legal cans only day. He duly fitted the standard can back on his RSV. Got there and failed the noise test. Very common for big twins to fail even with legal cans. If they test at Rocky for TA3 most of us are going home very unhappy bunnies.
