| Sounds like a good idea, this is somehow midway between RAC and standard servicing and reproducing somehow what is done for tyres and alarm fitting.
I can see how some busy people like me would use this service. I have been trying to fit a set of forks for about 4 months but have not found time yet.
However I have to admit that personally I would change my habits and not really use the service unless probably when stuck at trackside. Minor maintenance I now do myself, and major maintenance I go to see Nelly. Not only because Nelly does a great job, but also because he is a great guy, I get to work with him, learn few things, see the other folks up North, etc. Servicing the bike at Nelly is more than just servicing the bike, it's also an enjoyable day that I would not miss.
Anyway back to your idea. Why specialising this for Dukes? I would actually think that Duke owners would be your worst target. Between the owner that doesn't know anything and only trust the Dealer network and the knowledgeable owner that does his bit and only trusts his preferred specialist, there isn't a lot of room.
I think that you would have more work with jap bikes IMO.
