| Deej - try being AK! He is always losing plates off the special, and now also 'mashing' the one on the viffer too!  Unfortunate thing is, he makes the plates at work - so knows what the consequences are. Having chatted to a nice policeman the other week - he agreed what a prob it is becoming, for the law-abiding citizen. Dont do what happened to AK in May: eg: lose your plate, when well away from home on a bank hol Sunday early eve. No shops open to make one, not all the correct docs with you either - so you cant get one made up on the Monday on the way home, cos local Halfrauds/factor cannot do it! Imagine if it had happened on the first day of the four that we were away! You now HAVE to travel illegally home - which could have disastrous consequences for your license  AK says in future if away overnight, he is going to carry a spare in a back pack, and we now also keep a spare in the garage, for each bike.
