| 120-70 is the one to go for, It will as said above transform the handling, The problem with the 120-60 is the profile is not so great and when you get the bike over on its side you will feel resistance from the side wall right about where you want to put your knee down. the 120-70 has a bit more to go at that cranked over point and will feel much more at ease.
I didn't find turn in speed affected just loads more confidence in the front
