I've had Dallas who races in DD with us modify my Monster subframe on my DD bike to take my ZX10R seat he has also done a few others to take Fireblade seat and he did a SS a few years ago to take a Yamaha R6 seat. He is based just outside Wantage.
I can mention it to him if he is near enough for you

Thanks mate, that sounds just the job. Wantage is fine for me. Though I'm in North London, it's probably only an hour and a half or so ride.
