What about their advertising campaign. EVERYTHING 100% EX-STOCK. So if it's in the catalogue it will be delivered. Picture the cheesey builder geezer in the advert on TV.
I'd have a right go at them for failing to deliver. I'd tell them that was the only reason you placed your order with them.
