| Chillo Had same when I traded the 996 to a dealer. He said I need do nothing with the logbook as he would take care of it. Gopt the same £40 fine. Wrote a letter to DVLA statin he had said he would sort it and I need od nothing and named him. Rang him and called in a soon to be censored word or ten and got a letter from DVLA within the week to say they would take it up with him. No fine, no worries. TP, option of taxing the bike and cancelling after less than a month is a damn good idea. Regards the 'sorn was lost in the post', dont you have to hand em in at the post office and get a receipt now? Sure I saw this somewhere??????   |
