Clutch
Which part are you on about? See attachment.

Have you got the mark on the clutch plate lined up with the post with the horizontal mark? When I replaced my clutch plate I found that I could not release the clutch with the clutch lever. By slackening off the clutch springs and applying the clutch lever I found that the plate would move and then I was able to tighten up all the cluch springs. They look like then are fully compressed when tightened but that is how they function.
