I paid 180 for my first service (supposed to be around 200-210 but quoted me wrong on phone and i held them to it), was daft enough not to ask for one when I bought it, didnt even know the price then. Hindsight eh, wonderful thing.

My first service was £197 at Italia in Lincoln.

More than I expected, but, did include a full nut and bolt check etc all over the bike as I'd taken the bike to a bare frame and rebuilt myself at home.

Italia are very good, have been there with my last 2 dukes.

Well Brogins,
I can't believe you have managed to keep to 5500 rev limit.
I could not however hard I tried. The flashing spanner has just appeared on my 749R and I been reving it to 8 all be it smooth and gentle like.

Has it's first service and dyno run in 2 weeks time. We'll have to see what the out come is. RUN IN HARD or AS PER HAND BOOK?

WATCH THIS SPACE as they say.........................................
