Wrist broken,How long to fix
Officially broken apparentley.Even more wizzed off.
Ah well its only taken me "28 years" to break something.
Don,t hurt mind and luck a even bigger donkey with a cast on.Good jod ive got a angle grinder!

Anyone got any personal experience of recovery times riding etc.
Trackday booked for 2 weeks, race in nearly 4

Last year I broke my left radius. It was split lengthways from the wrist back, about 3-4 inches. I raced 5 weeks later, but it took that long for me to pull the clutch in (plus plenty of painkillers).

Don't rush it, and do do the physio - I didn't and I now have restricted movement of my left wrist/arm.

broke my wrist a year ago,had to hve it pinned & wired.was in cast for 4 weeks,then pins out,then cast for another 2 weeks then start again,took about 4-6 weeks to get strength back to ride/work again.lots of supplements on market in holland & barretts,i doubled the dosage.

let it heal properly m8...dont rush to get on track and perhaps inflict long-term damage..it is after all only a club race series and your health is far more important.....the last you thing you want is the risk of another " off " with an already weak wrist...
