Any part number geeks out there? (fuel filter info)
Hi guys,
I have a fuel filter here, the part number is 42540041B.
Filtro benzina 900ss-996B/01
Will this fit my 748? MY200 748R
Thanks,
Jen

A "guess" would suggest yes...
I'm sure the fuel pump on the 748R is the same as all the other 748/916/996/998, I think there was a slight variation in early pumps.
I've got a spare in the box at my house, hopefully Lily is reading this and can post up either the number or just confirm etc.

For the MY2002 748 R the part number is (page number 141 in the parts catalogue):
425.4.004.1B Filtro benzina (Fuel filter)
So yes, it's exactly the same.

That's the part number for all the filters.
