DD Launch Parking
Just a quickie for you town folk...

Where is best place to park? Then tube or walk to the venue on Saturday? I'll most likely come up the A3, although the M3 is another option. But I don't want to get caught in the rugby traffic. I'm not catching the train because I won't pay 30 quid each return! (2 of us going)

There won't be any parking close to Haymarket - even if you can find a place its likely to be a meter rated at £1 for 20 minutes.

I would use the train as it'll work out cheaper than petrol and parking, plus you can both drink.

After 6.30 you can park on single yellows. DO NOT park on Permit Holder places cos you WILL be clamped. There's a NCP in Brewer Street but it will cost about 25 quid for an evening.

The was a place just off trafalgar square under the Bristish Council Building that was quite cheap, but I don't know if it is still there, or if it has been outsourced to NCP and therefore very expensive.

trains should be cheaper on saturday, check to see if there are any specials as sometimes there are 2 for 1 deals at the weekend.
