I understand Marlboro are keen, and they can afford it. Yes please.

... they'll need JB and his team too Ducati won't wear it though - Rossi feels he's greater than the bike

Would Rossi agree to it though, is the Ducati competitive enough for him? Thinking from the perspective that he's a winner, with a desire to keep winning then surely he'll not switch to a lesser package.

Yamaha love him right now, and the main reason he switched to Yam was because Honda insisted the bike was the reason he kept winning, so of to Yam to prove them wrong.

I'd love to see it too, but I don't think the 'sedici is competitive enough just yet for Rossi to agree.

why not? He slides around all the time so the way Ducks eat tires should be not problem for him. I thought the major problem was getting all the power to the ground and keeping tires somewhat viable for the whole race. Sounds like it would be right up Rossi's alley....

to be honest by the time rossi spent a couple of months developing it along with JB and allowing for his skill as a rider i would guess it would be competitive.

Have to agree with Dickie on this one - I don't think the Yamaha was that competitive to the Honda at the start of last season (where were the other Yamaha riders?) but as Rossi helps develop the bike the other Yamaha riders are getting the results too.

Rossi on a Ducati is a dream for sure. I think he would do it if he got the whole package - money, JB, etc.
