Giving the DVLA false info - prosecution?
I assume giving the dvla a wrong address is an offence.
But how much of an offence?
What's the law have to say on the matter I wonder.
It's not me that's gone-done something stupid, but without going into great depths here, I wondered if anyone had the gen on this matter.
