| Registered Forum User 500SD Posts: 522 Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Worthing Sussex Mood: UKGS'ers Non PC and Vibrant 888 chip On an early thread I had trouble with a chip supplied by ProVtwins, anyway I took the bike upto them and they fitted a new chip which also failed to work on checking the computer it appears to have a P7 unit not the P8 all stradas are supposed to have. All I can assume is it had a failure at some stage and all they had arround was an early unit. So if anyone has a P8 kicking about their garage(Hens teeth and all that) and where not talking lottery funding let me know. cheers ian  | |
