Haynes manual ?
Just got a Haynes manual and it says the 916 has 97 bhp and the 748 has 98 bhp, this doesn't sound right to me.
I know the 748 has a higher peek rpm though.

Just wondered.

Depends on where it's measured - you'll lose around 10% between the crank and the rear wheel, so 97bhp at the rear wheel or 107bhp at the crank sounds about right.
