Fork rings
Forgot to have a look before I dropped them

How many rings do I have showing at the top of my yoke on standard setup on a 996. And where is that showing, from the inside or outside?

Cheers guys
dave

To answer your question...I'm not sure exactly!

...but, I think it will be somewhere in the region of 3 rings when viewed from the inside, which equates to about 4 on the outside.

A little tip, but when I reinstalled my Ohlins, if I held them upto the light, I could make out a very faint line where they had sat before! May be worth a quick look on yours?

Suprisingly well actually!

Started her up for the first time the other day, and she went first prod of the button....no leaks etc...I have to say I was most suprised!

I'm about 85% of the way there, just a few small jobs to do, and bits to buy, but now that the worst is over, I'm just taking my time and making sure I'm happy with everything.
